The following Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments provided by The Aesthetic Clinic London (hereinafter "The Clinic") to The Patient (hereinafter "You"). These terms and conditions provide written information regarding the risks, benefits and alternatives of the procedure you are about to undertake. This material serves as a supplement to the discussion you have with your practitioner. It is important that you fully understand this information, so please read this document thoroughly. If you have any questions regarding the procedure, ask your practitioner prior to signing the consent form.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Clinic offers a variety of aesthetic treatments as detailed on our website: theaestheticcliniclondon.com. Treatments will be provided with reasonable care and skill, and The Clinic has appropriate insurance in place. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed not in your best interest, retaining your deposit in such cases.
2. PRICES
Treatment costs will be agreed upon with The Clinic. Payment is required in full upon completion of treatment, except for the booking fee (see Section 3). Late payments incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
3. BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of treatment cost is required for appointments, payable in advance. The fee varies by treatment. Late arrivals will forfeit the booking fee and need to rebook.
4. CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
A doctor's note is required for illness-related rescheduling.
Late arrivals will forfeit their booking fee.
If you are 5+ minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit will be lost.
If you are unsuitable for the treatment booked and no other treatments are carried out your deposit will be taken as a consultation fee and will not be refunded, we do not offer free consultations.
5. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported immediately. Refer to The Clinic’s After Care, Understanding Your Results, and Adverse Reactions policies prior to making a complaint.
6. LIABILITY
The Clinic’s liability is limited to the cost of treatment. Refunds, if any, are at The Clinic’s discretion and in full settlement of any complaint.
7. CLINIC POLICIES, PROTOCOLS, AND TREATMENTS
7.1 Before Treatment
- Avoid blood thinners (alcohol, aspirin, herbal supplements, vitamin E) for 2 days before and after treatment.
- Avoid makeup on the treatment area.
- For cold sores, take antiviral medication for 5 days before treatment.
- The Clinic may refuse treatment for conditions such as acne, eczema, or if evidence of previous fillers is present.
- No 'before and after' photos are provided by The Clinic.
- Please note that if you have existing lip filler, there is an increased risk of filler migration.
Should migration occur after your treatment has fully healed, and you decide to have the filler dissolved,
a fee of £220 will be applicable for the dissolving procedure.
7.2 After Care
- Expect hardness and bumps at the injection site for up to 2 weeks.
- Bruising and inflammation are common; apply cold compresses for 72 hours, then heat compresses.
- Avoid touching, makeup, alcohol, smoking, exercise, and lying down on the treated area for 24 hours.
- Avoid extreme heat and sun exposure for 72 hours.
- For Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, avoid wearing glasses for 72 hours.
- Post-Treatment Appearance:
Lips or skin may appear lumpy, red,or uneven immediately after treatment due to swelling.
This should subside over time.

Recovery may take 2-4 weeks.
7.3 Top Up and Correction Policy
- Top-ups or corrections must be scheduled within 2 weeks of initial treatment.
- After the 2 week period has elapsed then full payment is required.
- Only one top-up is allowed after initial treatment at specified charges.
- Multiple treatments may be necessary for Masseter Jawline Slimming.
7.4 Understanding Your Results
- Results vary; initial swelling and bruising are normal.
- Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions to optimise results.
- No guarantee or complete satisfaction or specific results.
- Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Dermal fillers are temporary, typically lasting 4-8 months.
- Follow-up treatments will be needed to maintain the effects.
- The exact duration varies based on individual factors.
- Uneven Appearance:
Some areas of your face may respond differently to filler, resulting in an uneven appearance.
This can often be corrected with additional injections.
However, if your treatment area is uneven to begin with, we may not be able to completely even it out.
7.5 Adverse Reactions
- Report any adverse reactions immediately.
- For emergencies, contact the clinic via email.
-With all injectable procedures we are damaging the integrity of the skin scar tissues, and scars, marks and scabs can form. You are consenting to downtime from work/activities after treatment for the appropriate healing time. You are consenting that risks and potential side effects from all and any treatment can be possible. All clients heal differently and we can’t be sure that some clients won’t get the adverse effect after treatment. This is very rare however it can happen.
- Treatment Risks:
Results are not guaranteed for all clients,
and the reaction to fillers is unpredictable.
There are risks involved, including bleeding, bruising, infection, numbness, scarring, lumps, or necrosis.
We are not liable for any adverse outcomes or permanent damage.
7.6 Removing Filler
- Filler removal incurs a charge of £220.
7.7 Face Symmetry Alignment
- Perfect symmetry is not achievable with fillers. Corrections within 2 weeks are free; after that, extra costs apply.
7.8 Refunds
- No refunds for treatments once begun.
7.9 Non-Obligation Treatment
- No obligation to proceed with treatment; booking fee covers appointment costs.
7.10 Special Event Planning
- Allow 2-4 months for healing and potential corrections before special events.
8. CONSENT FORM
A consent form must be completed truthfully before treatment. False information may reduce treatment effectiveness, for which The Clinic is not responsible.
9. VARIATION
The Clinic reserves the right to vary any terms, including treatment costs.

11. CLINIC
Children and friends are not allowed during treatments due to space and insurance limitations.
11.1 CLINIC OPERATION HOURS
The clinic working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This also includes responding to messages on social media.
Any messages received outside these hours will be responded to during the next business day.
